Roentgen Works Flow 2.3 Enhances Efficiency of Remote Reading and Supports Billing Services

DALLAS, TX, November 26, 2014 - BRIT Systems announced today the release of Roentgen WorksFlow 2.3 featuring enhanced tools that further support the needs of remote reading practices. The enhanced tools, designed in collaboration with Imaging Advantage (IA), helps make radiologists even more efficient and refines the support and billing of radiology services.

Roentgen Works Flow is a web-based service for radiologists to provide remote reading services for multiple healthcare facilities. As a result of the recent acquisition of BRIT Systems by Imaging Advantage, BRIT has tapped into the company's clinical expertise to help guide these enhancements.

Specifically, Roentgen Works Flow 2.3 now provides capabilities to address business modeling, load balancing, operational efficiencies, lean processes and quality management. These are supported by management reporting and analytic tools, advanced SLA management and reporting tools, analyses of turn-around times, and intelligent, automated study assignment algorithms.

"The Roentgen WorksFlow product was designed in collaboration with Imaging Advantage, a company with years of experience utilizing remote reading workflows," says Shelly Fisher, President of BRIT Systems. "This is the first release that incorporates IAs requirements and there will be a relentless pursuit to continually improve technology to enhance these services and make radiologists more efficient. Our ability to combine software development expertise with clinical knowledge, producing highly effective tools is the key synergy in combining our companies."
