Browser based Viewer - (WebWorks)

Browser-based viewer, eliminating the problems of downloading applications or plug-ins.

Studies can be stored to Roentgen Works in two ways:
  • Modalities can send directly and Roentgen Works can forward to the PACS
  • The PACS can forward to Roentgen Work.

Roentgen Works can pre-fetch comparison studies based on a set of rules and can dynamically query the PACS and pull studies for an individual patient. Reports can be sent via an HL-7 interface. Inherent in its design is the ability to support multiple PACS, providing a single viewing environment for the referring doctors.

Users are defined in roles and can granted limited access to patients based on facility, referring physician information or physician groups.

WebWorks provides advanced worklist capabilities, so users can quickly find their patients.
