Teleradiology Solutions - Roentgen Works
The Roentgen Works flow is a service for radiologists to provide remote reading services for multiple healthcare facilities. Designed to allow independent reading groups to compete with the largest groups for reading contracts, this service provides superior tools for supporting the specific needs of this environment. Combining years of real world experience working with DICOM studies and reading services, the Roentgen Works includes an additional layer of functionality to efficiently support, report and track the preliminary and final diagnosis in a remote reading environment. Built using the latest Web technologies, such as real-time updating of screens and Skype, the Roentgen Works is the first of a new generation of BRIT's products.
The Roentgen Works flow provides the following tools:
Load balancing of studies to authorized, logged-on radiologists
Auto-order creation with information within the DICOM header
Order completion tools for those orders with insufficient information, including attachment of faxes
On-Hold
Site and ordering physician contact information
Critical Result Reporting and Follow-through
BRIT's Exam Loop for study tracking from study receipt to report receipt
Reporting Tools with Transcription
HL-7 interfaces optionally available
Worklist integration with some 3 rdparty viewing workstations optionally available
Base set of tools requires no software loading.
